     - New construction - temporary service

     - Rewiring / increase in service

     - Meter pan / base or loop change / relocation

     - Weather damage

     - Mobile home movement & wiring

     - Electrical code violation

     - Vacant over 6 months

Commercial:

     - New construction - temporary service
