Teamwork Arkansas’ Development Team program is built around one core initiative – to assist prospective companies and site location consultants in identifying the most profitable and ideal location in the state of Arkansas in a timely, professional and convenient manner.

How does that occur? Typically, when we field a call from a representative of a company, we aim to gain the best understanding of that project’s drivers and decision criteria – as if we are in your shoes. Once we gain your perspective, we work closely with you in searching our state for options that best fit your company while adhering to the strictest levels of confidentiality. Our close relationships with the best local economic developers in the country allow us to be responsive and thorough. We’re not pushy, but we are proactive in making certain that we facilitate win-win opportunities for companies and communities in Arkansas.

Working closely with other members of the Teamwork Arkansas staff and the Arkansas Economic Development Commission, as well as with economic development leaders of many communities throughout the state, we:

• provide timely and valuable answers to questions posed by prospective companies and site location consultants,
• assist in identifying the best building or site options,
• host and coordinate visits by arranging the itinerary, travel and meetings with the appropriate local and state officials (confidentially, if requested),
• offer guidance in arranging financing, incentives and other project specific assistance,
• perform research and analysis relevant to future business operations in Arkansas, and
• help communities and companies close a "win-win" deal
