Entergy has made it easier and more convenient to switch to more energy
efficient appliances and lighting. Entergy Arkansas, Inc.,
customers who purchase Energy StarŪ compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs),
light fixtures, and room air conditioners at participating retail locations will
receive instant savings at the cash register on these purchases. This replaces
the coupon that has historically come twice a year in your bill in case.

A Bright Idea
Switch the bulbs in your high-use light fixtures to more efficient CFLs and
watch the savings add up. Each CFL installed can save more than $40 in
electricity costs over its lifetime because it uses about 75 percent less energy
than standard incandescent bulbs and lasts up to 10 times longer. Look for
in-store discounts on all types of Energy StarŪ CFLs at your local
participating
retailer location. Promotional period: January 1, 2012 - December

More Ways to Save
Did you know Energy StarŪ also rates light fixtures? Entergy Arkansas, Inc., now
gives customers more opportunities to save on a variety of energy-saving
devices, including fixtures. These beauties use a quarter of the energy of
traditional light fixtures and use bulbs that last between 10,000 - 50,000 hours
(that's between seven and 22 years). Look for in-store savings on a variety of
Energy StarŪ fixtures at your local participating retailer location.
